If you have a missing item please contact us by phone within 72 hours of the delivery. You would have the following options: refund for the amount of the missing item plus the corresponding shipping*, receiving the missing item with your next order with no shipping charge for the missing item or receiving the item at no additional cost for you.
If you wish to return an item, you may return the item for refund or replacement within 15 days. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. You may want to insure your return to assure its safe arrival back to us. If you had paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued to your account after the item is delivered to us.Out of Stock Items:

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone .We could delay your order, ship it without the out-of-stock item or replace it by another one approved by you. If an out-of-stock item was not sent to you it will be automatically credited back to your account with the corresponding shipping* for that item.
