Freshness Guarantee
We take pride in offering the freshest products. If you are not satisfied with the freshness of any perishable item, you can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase. For non-perishable items, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within these timeframes.
Missing Items
If you discover an item missing from your order, please notify us by phone within 48 hours of delivery. You have the following options:
- Receive a refund for the missing item and its corresponding shipping cost*
- Have the missing item included with your next order at no additional shipping charge
- Receive the missing item at no extra cost to you
Item Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or replacement. Perishable items must be returned within 7 days for a refund or replacement. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. For your peace of mind, you may want to insure your return. Refunds for credit card payments will be processed once we receive the returned item.
Out-of-Stock Items
We pride ourselves on stocking 98% of the items we sell. However, stock shortages can occasionally occur. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone. You can choose to:
- Delay your entire order until the item is back in stock
- Proceed with shipping the available items
- Replace the out-of-stock item with an alternative, subject to your approval
Any out-of-stock item will be automatically credited back to your account, along with the corresponding shipping cost* for that item.
