We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of your purchase date.

Missing Items

If you discover an item missing from your order, please notify us by phone within 72 hours of delivery. You have the following options:

  • Receive a refund for the missing item and its corresponding shipping cost*
  • Have the missing item included with your next order at no additional shipping charge
  • Receive the missing item at no extra cost to you

Item Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or replacement within 15 days of receiving it. Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. For your peace of mind, you may want to insure your return. Refunds for credit card payments will be processed once we receive the returned item.

Out-of-Stock Items

We pride ourselves on stocking 98% of the items we sell. However, stock shortages can occasionally occur. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone. You can choose to:

  • Delay your entire order until the item is back in stock
  • Proceed with shipping the available items
  • Replace the out-of-stock item with an alternative, subject to your approval

Any out-of-stock item will be automatically credited back to your account, along with the corresponding shipping cost* for that item.
