For our purpose we made a study of technology and experience of Rodopy Mountain region in the Republic of Bulgaria. With our study we master  in 2001 year the production of our product. The unique receipt and technology for production of WASHED PASTRY®  gave us opportunity to reach  a taste quality that is unreachable for a machine made pastry.

Spanakopita is a traditional Greek appetizer made by wrapping delicately seasoned spinach and tangy Feta cheese into a light and flaky phyllo triangle.

Lahmacun is a popular dish in Armenia, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, and in Armenian and Turkish communities worldwide. The dish has existed for thousands of years but has become much more popular over the last few decades. The dish is sometimes known as “Turkish or Armenian pizza”.

Lahmajun (“meat with thin dough”) is a round, thin piece of dough topped with minced meat (most commonly beef or lamb) and minced vegetables and herbs including onions, tomatoes and parsley, then baked. Lahmacun is often served with ayran or algam and wrapped around vegetables, including pickles, tomatoes, peppers, onions, lettuce, and roasted eggplant.

FILO PIE is Traditional Balkan pie called “BUREK” made from hand stretched thin dough layers. Due to the specialization of flour quality in its modern laboratory, Kadino’s team managed to revive the 600 years old recipe of the original filo pie and create a perfect delicious product. Every filo pie layer is stretched by hands of our skillful Masters and filled with many kinds of tasty ingredients.

We blend the distinct flavors and creamy textures of Feta, cream and cottage cheese with selected seasonings, and wrap them into a crispy phyllo triangle to create the authentic Greek specialty known as Tyropita. Apollo Tyropita are perfect for entertaining as a bake-and-serve appetizer.
