- 6 tbsp. rice

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp flour
- 6 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 bunch scallions, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled & thinly sliced
- 3 tomatoes, peeled & chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, minced
- 1 egg
- Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, rice, paprika, and dried savory. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well and form into 1-inch balls. Roll each meatball in flour to coat.
Step 2: Prepare the Soup Base
- In a large pot, combine water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, scallions, bell pepper, carrots, and tomatoes.
